Risk-Free Satisfaction Assured

If you are not satisfied with the treatment after taking it for six weeks, you can return the medicine bottle with unused tablets to our office in India. A $80 fee (shipping and handling) will apply and the rest of your money will be refunded. The refund will be executed if the medicine parcel is received by us within 8 weeks. Renewal patients are not eligible as they already have experience with our success.

Valid for all orders from 14th April 2008.

Applicable to all online patients who have signed up on or after 15th June 2016.

1. Cancelling before medicine dispatch

Valid until 14 days from date of purchase. Handling charges will be deducted.

Chargeback Fees

In case of a chargeback requested in error, it is the cardholder's responsibility to bear the chargeback fees. Fees range between US$ 15 and US$ 60, imposed by our service provider's bank when they receive chargeback documentation.

Terms & Conditions

To request a refund, send an e-mail to PSS or call our Mumbai office.
If medicines have been sent or collected from our centre, no refund is possible as medicines and consultations are individual-specific.
Refunds are made from our Mumbai centre. Time taken may depend on the credit card company or bank.
If external institutions levy extra charges for a refund, the refund amount may vary accordingly.
A refund may be made in US dollars or Indian Rupees depending on regulations.
Refund requests are valid within 30 days of placing a fresh treatment order, before medicines are dispatched.
Life Force reserves the right to modify the refund policy at its discretion, without notice.
No refund is given to patients who do not reply to the questionnaire within one year of signing up, or within 8 months of last medicine dispatch (for 8/12-month plans).
Patients choosing the wrong plan by location must produce valid proof of residence, failing which USD 25 is deducted from any refund amount.
Use of our services constitutes agreement to this refund policy.
No refund is available after the end of the chosen course of treatment (4, 8, 12, 24, or 36 months).
If a patient claims recovery within a shorter period than the plan duration, no refund is available.
Refunds are given only by cheque in favour of the paying patient or guardian. No cash refunds.
Commencement of treatment confirms agreement to this Refund Policy.
The refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.

India-Specific Charges

We use a foreign payment gateway for Indian credit card processing. Charges may vary by approximately ₹300 due to USD/INR fluctuation. In the event of overcharge, we will send additional medicine of equivalent value.

Case-taking + Consultation (new patients, clinic visit): INR 3,000 (one time)
Consultation (renewal, clinic visit): INR 2,000 (one time)
Online Consultation + Cancellation (new): INR 3,000
Online Consultation + Cancellation (renewal): INR 2,000
Primary Treatment medicine charges: INR 400/week for 1st batch; proportionate thereafter
Additional Treatment medicine charges: INR 200/week for 1st batch; proportionate thereafter
No refund on dispensed or unused medicines.
